  • If you have had Covid there needs to be a gap of the following below from the first positive test

You do not need proof of address, immigration status, or an NHS number, though it’s helpful if you can provide proof of age if you look younger than 18.
King’s College Hospital Denmark Hill Vaccination Centre is running a vaccination clinic for 5 – 11 years in a clinical risk group (defined in the Green Book) or who are a household contact of someone who is immunosuppressed (see Green Book). The clinic will be open March 30.
Parents or guardians of children in these groups will be sent a letter, text message or email from a GP or hospital specialist inviting their child for a 1st dose of the vaccine.
You must bring this letter, email or text to the walk-in site and confirm that you have read COVID-19 vaccination consent form for children. If you feel your child is eligible, but have not received a letter, then please head to GOV.UK to check eligibility, or email kch-tr.vaccinebookings@nhs.net if you have any questions

    King’s College Hospital Denmark Hill Vaccination Centre is running a vaccination clinic for 5 – 11 years in a clinical risk group (defined in the Green Book) or who are a household contact of someone who is immunosuppressed (see Green Book).     The clinic will be open on the following dates in March: 9th, 12th, 16th, 23rd, 26th, and 30th.
    Parents or guardians of children in these groups will be sent a letter, text message or email from a GP or hospital specialist inviting their child for a 1st dose of the vaccine.
    You must bring this letter, email or text to the walk-in site and confirm that you have read COVID-19 vaccination consent form for children.
