The NHS has planned extensively to deliver the largest vaccination programme in our history. In south-east London, it has been our top priority to deliver the life-saving COVID-19 vaccine to those most at-risk from COVID-19 in our community.

Celebrating one year of the COVID-19 vaccination programme
As we all continue to work together to slow the spread of COVID-19 and the new Omicron variant, today we are also looking back and celebrating the achievements of the past year as we mark the anniversary of our first COVID-19 vaccination, given on 8 December 2020.
Three million Covid-19 vaccinations given in south east London (November, 2021)
South east London, home to nearly 2 million people, has reached the milestone of giving its three millionth jab. Our Healthier South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) which brings together NHS statutory organisations, borough councils, general practice and other non-statutory bodies, has coordinated the vaccine rollout across Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark.
