Autism Awareness Week

We are proud to announce that NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group’s (CCG) Learning Disability and Autism Programme have commissioned a series of virtual sessions on the first CCG Autism Awareness Week.

The content for the week has been designed and co-produced by our learning disability and autism ambassadors who will also support the presentations for the week. The sessions be hosted by our partner organisations Advocacy in Greenwich, Advocacy for All and Lewisham Speaking Up.

The SEL CCG Autism Awareness Week will take place from Monday 25 to Friday 29 April.

This event will include virtual sessions each day to support autistic people, families and carers and professionals working with autistic people with health and wellbeing issues and will also be helpful for people with learning disabilities.

The sessions will include webinars, video releases, question and answer sessions, a film showing and a quiz and radio show for fun!
