Freedom of Information

Freedom of information requests about South East London NHS services

On 1 July 2022, South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) was established, as a newly created statutory body that replaces the former NHS South East London Clinical Commissioned Group.

Please head to www.selondonics.org/icb/contact-us for information about how to contact South East London ICB, including a new email address for FOI requests.

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act gives the public a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities. The Act sets out limited exemptions to that right and places certain obligations on public authorities. If you would like to make an FOI request it must be made in writing, either by letter or email.

Alternatively you can send your FOI request by post, please address it to:

Freedom of Information Team

NHS South East London CCG

160 Tooley Street

London

SE1 2TZ

Email: selccg.foi@nhs.net

Requests are processed promptly, so within days you will receive an acknowledgement by email and then a full response within twenty working days.

FOI review process

If you feel your FOI request has not been dealt with satisfactorily the first time, you should ask for a freedom of information internal review. You can do this by contacting the FOI manager on the details above, stating the nature of your request and the details of your complaint.

FOIs from other organisations

If you wish to make a FOI request from one of our partner organisations, please visit their website then go on with the links to the councils and providers.
